Poor service, partly inedible ice cream which tasted artificial. My father was a regular in this "ice cream parlor" which I will never understand after my first and last visit! Ice cream was not delivered at the next table but was on the bill and the young man's sundae was indefinable pamp. I wouldn’t have eaten it at all. Poor quality, poor service but that doesn't seem to bother the regular clientele and if you look at the majority of the customers, you know immediately .... !!!

Top service 5 * very attentive. I can recommend the waffle with ice cream & name, we treated ourselves. We only wanted to have a short coffee because the atmosphere was so good, we stayed longer, we would like to repeat that ?

We visited friends in Eschweiler and ate delicious waffles and had a coffee in the Capri ice cream parlor. It was delicious. The atmosphere was very familiar and the staff friendly and courteous.

Despite the current requirements regarding Corona, the staff always operate without a mouthguard. Really a shame that here are considered unnecessary for all applicable regulations.

A spaghetti ice cream I ordered was only delivered to me 15 minutes later after the order, as discussions between the staff took longer. There wasn't much left of the spaghetti shape. Because something melted. The Anarena churches were also a bit older and tasted that way. Was not so good.

The service was very bad on the phone, if they do not hang up, try again, the same again, the gavel came right after, the iced coffee called back, said no sound and hung up, whole 8 times it was done, I'll never see me again

Have eaten there the worst banana split of my life. The banana apparently had to go away, as old as the brown piece of something on my plate looked. The ice was totally watery and tasted like that. My friend ordered a sundae, which was not brought in spite of multiple requests. Finally, the ice cream cup of my girlfriend then came, namely on the bill! The sundae was calculated, although she never got it. That was our last visit to Eis Capri. I wonder how this ice cream shop can keep up with the poor quality in Eschweiler. The other ice cream parlors in Eschweiler offer consistently better quality in my opinion.

DELICIOUS! I was there with my wife at lunchtime so we had to wait a few minutes. The waitress apologized with a smile for the waiting time and then quickly took our order. Our special requests were quickly implemented without complaint and we got our ice cream quickly. Also served with a smile again. It tasted excellent to me and my wife loved it too. Always worth a visit!
